01Who is responsible

The controller of personal data collected through this site is LLC “CODEWORKS”, company registration code (EDRPOU) 46352034, 25 Novomostytska St., office 2, Kyiv, 04074, Ukraine (“we”). You can reach us through the contact form.

02What data we receive

“Discuss a project” form: name, email, company name (optional) and a description of your challenge.

Job application form: full name, email, Telegram or phone (optional), profile links (optional), a cover note and your CV file.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data (health, political views, etc.). Please do not include it in enquiries or CVs.

03Why and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — based on your request and steps prior to entering into a contract.

To review your application — based on the consent you give when applying.

To keep the site secure — based on our legitimate interest.

Analytics and marketing tools are enabled only with your consent in the cookie settings.

04Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to staff who need it to reply or hire, and to technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting and protection) and the email delivery service that sends form submissions to our mailbox. These providers may process data outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the US, under appropriate safeguards.

05How long we keep it

Project enquiries — up to 24 months after the last contact if no contract is signed.

CVs and candidate data — up to 12 months after the review is complete, so that we can offer another role. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

06Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and receive a copy of your data. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the supervisory authority in your country.

07Security

The site runs over HTTPS only. Only authorised staff have access to the mailbox receiving submissions. CV files are not stored on the site server — they are forwarded by email immediately.

08Changes

We update this policy when our processes or the law change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
