01What this document covers
These terms govern the use of the LLC “CODEWORKS”, company registration code (EDRPOU) 46352034, 25 Novomostytska St., office 2, Kyiv, 04074, Ukraine website. They are not a services agreement: the terms of each project are set out in a separate written contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of Ukraine.
