Junior Developer (JavaScript / TypeScript)

About the role

This role is for someone who already writes code and wants to do it daily in a team. You will work on web apps, integrations and internal tools. We do not expect you to know everything — we expect you to learn fast and ask questions in time.

Your first 90 days

1. 30 days

   Set up your environment, complete onboarding and close your first tasks with mentor reviews.

2. 60 days

   Own small tasks from brief to release. Write tests for your code.

3. 90 days

   Be a full member of a project team and have a personal growth plan towards Middle.

What you will do

• Build interfaces and server logic in TypeScript (React, Node.js)
• Connect APIs and third-party services
• Write tests and documentation for your tasks
• Go through code review and review colleagues’ code
• Use AI assistants in development — deliberately, verifying the output

What matters to us

• Confident JavaScript, basic TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and Git
• One or two personal or study projects you can show (GitHub)
• English sufficient for reading documentation
• A habit of finding the cause of a bug, not just hiding the symptom

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Node.js
• Basic SQL and Docker
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools

   30 minutes online: about you, about us, expectations on both sides.

3. Role-specific stage

   A conversation with future colleagues or a small practical task close to real work. AI tools are welcome — we want to see how you work with them.

4. Decision

   Final conversation, offer and an agreed start date.
