About the role

We sell complex things — engineering, AI, security — to people making expensive decisions. We need a leader who turns the team’s expertise into a clear market position and a steady flow of qualified enquiries.

Your first 90 days

  1. 30 days

Research clients, the market and current channels. Form positioning hypotheses.

  2. 60 days

Launch the first campaigns and a content plan. Set up end-to-end analytics from click to deal.

  3. 90 days

Have a one-year marketing strategy, agreed metrics and the first qualified leads from new channels.

What you will do

  • Shape CODEWORKS positioning, messaging and brand in Ukraine and the EU
  • Build the lead-generation system: content, SEO, paid, partnerships, events
  • Lead the marketing team and contractors
  • Own the budget and ROMI
  • Work with sales on lead quality and deal cycle

What matters to us

  • 4+ years leading B2B marketing in IT
  • Examples of strategies that produced a measurable pipeline, not just reach
  • Enough understanding of performance channels, content and analytics to set tasks and review results
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English
  • Ability to explain complex things simply

Nice to have

  • Experience entering EU or US markets
  • Hands-on use of AI in marketing workflows
  • Your own expert presence: articles, talks, LinkedIn

What we offer

  • Remote work and flexible hours with a few shared hours a day
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • A budget for learning and professional tools, including AI
  • Direct access to decision-makers — no bureaucracy
  • Regular feedback and compensation reviews

Hiring process

  1. Application

A CV and a few lines about yourself. We reply to everyone.

  2. Intro call

30 minutes online: about you, about us, expectations on both sides.

  3. Role-specific stage

A conversation with future colleagues or a small practical task close to real work. AI tools are welcome — we want to see how you work with them.

  4. Decision

Final conversation, offer and an agreed start date.

We assess skills and approach to work. Age, gender, location or a degree do not affect the decision. If you do not tick every box but the role speaks to you — write to us.
