About the role
We build complex systems — portals, control panels, AI tools. Your job is to make them simple to use. You will pair with engineers from day one of a project, not “draw afterwards”.
Your first 90 days
- 30 days
Meet the projects and the team. Take on your first module.
- 60 days
Own design for a project: flows, prototypes, UI, handoff.
- 90 days
Lay the foundation of a shared CODEWORKS design system for client products.
What you will do
- Research users and business goals, describe flows
- Create prototypes and final UI in Figma
- Evolve design systems and components
- Work with developers during implementation and review the result
- Design interfaces for AI features: states, errors, user control
What matters to us
- 2+ years in product or service design
- A portfolio showing decision logic, not just final screens
- Confident Figma: components, variants, auto layout
- Understanding of responsiveness, accessibility and engineering constraints
- Intermediate+ English
Nice to have
- Experience designing B2B panels and dashboards
- Motion design skills
- Basic HTML and CSS
What we offer
- Remote work and flexible hours with a few shared hours a day
- Paid vacation and sick leave
- A budget for learning and professional tools, including AI
- Direct access to decision-makers — no bureaucracy
- Regular feedback and compensation reviews
Hiring process
- Application
A CV and a few lines about yourself. We reply to everyone.
- Intro call
30 minutes online: about you, about us, expectations on both sides.
- Role-specific stage
A conversation with future colleagues or a small practical task close to real work. AI tools are welcome — we want to see how you work with them.
- Decision
Final conversation, offer and an agreed start date.
We assess skills and approach to work. Age, gender, location or a degree do not affect the decision. If you do not tick every box but the role speaks to you — write to us.
Apply for this role
A CV and a few words about yourself are enough. A cover letter is optional.
