Project Manager

About the role

You are the point of calm between the client and the team. The client always knows what is happening; the team always knows what is next; nobody gets surprises.

Your first 90 days

1. 30 days

   Dive into current projects and processes. Take on your first project together with a colleague.

2. 60 days

   Run 2–3 projects on your own. Bring order to planning and client reporting.

3. 90 days

   Have stable projects with no missed deadlines and proposals for improving delivery.

What you will do

• Plan stages, estimates and resources with the tech lead
• Own client communication: status updates, demos, scope changes
• Manage risks and raise issues in time
• Track project budget and margin
• Record agreements in writing and keep documentation in order

What matters to us

• 2+ years managing IT projects
• Understanding of the development lifecycle and agile methods
• Clear written Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate)
• Ability to say “no” and offer alternatives
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Notion or similar

Nice to have

• A technical background
• Experience with AI or automation projects
• Experience with fixed-budget projects
