About the role

We need someone who counts the cost of a qualified enquiry, not clicks. You will work with B2B audiences where decisions take time and creative has to speak to the point.

Your first 90 days

  1. 30 days

Audit ad accounts, events and analytics. Propose a campaign structure.

  2. 60 days

Launch campaigns in priority channels. Set up reporting that needs no explanation.

  3. 90 days

Reach the agreed cost per qualified lead and have a scaling plan.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
  • Form and test hypotheses on audiences, offers and creative
  • Brief the designer and copywriter on creative
  • Set up pixels, Conversions API, GA4 and GTM events with user consent in mind
  • Deliver regular reports with conclusions, not just numbers

What matters to us

  • 2+ years in paid traffic, ideally B2B or services
  • Confident with Meta Ads and Google Ads; understanding of LinkedIn Ads
  • Ability to set up end-to-end analytics and verify data accuracy
  • Understanding of the funnel; able to calculate CPL, CAC, ROMI
  • English sufficient for ad platforms and writing ads

Nice to have

  • Experience advertising in EU markets
  • Looker Studio or similar
  • Experience automating reports

What we offer

  • Remote work and flexible hours with a few shared hours a day
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • A budget for learning and professional tools, including AI
  • Direct access to decision-makers — no bureaucracy
  • Regular feedback and compensation reviews

Hiring process

  1. Application

A CV and a few lines about yourself. We reply to everyone.

  2. Intro call

30 minutes online: about you, about us, expectations on both sides.

  3. Role-specific stage

A conversation with future colleagues or a small practical task close to real work. AI tools are welcome — we want to see how you work with them.

  4. Decision

Final conversation, offer and an agreed start date.

We assess skills and approach to work. Age, gender, location or a degree do not affect the decision. If you do not tick every box but the role speaks to you — write to us.
